The lifespan of your hair system, whether it’s an integration or a prosthesis, depends on the careful maintenance you give it.

It’s important to moisturize your hair system daily with a product suited to the hair fiber, just as you would with natural hair, which is essentially dead hair.

Washing should be done as follows:

  • Apply a small amount of shampoo to the hair and gently massage in the direction of the hair growth, then rinse.

  • Gently blot the hair with a towel to remove excess water.

  • Apply a hair balm (cream) specifically designed for hair systems, leave it on for 5 minutes, then rinse.

  • Spray a moisturizing product over the entire hair to protect it.

  • Finally, you can style, blow-dry, or let your hair air dry naturally.
